have guests visit, it must be communicated with the hosts and pre-approved.
-We have a minimum age requirement of 25y/o to be able to book the property.
- There is NO pool safety fence, however there is a door alarm to the backyard.
- Pool heat available November- May at $50 extra per night.
- Pet- friendly, one dog under 50lb allowed with non-refundable pet fee.
- This is a NO PARTY house. Strict no-party rules enforced with a $1000 fine for violations. West Palm Beach enforces a no-noise policy from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
