The Cocobolo Lounge is a spacious, sophisticated, newly renovated home on a quiet street in Fort Lauderdale, only 5 -10 minutes from some of the best beaches, parks, restaurants, shopping, and golf in South Florida. The home features a modern, open-concept chef's kitchen, living, and dining area, perfect for your family gatherings. The lush backyard includes a dining table for 6, rattan lounging seating and propane BBQ. 4 Spacious, hotel-quality bedrooms and 2 bathrooms provide you with comfort and privacy. The home is beautifully decorated with a unique Floridian tropical flair, a truly special home away from home!

With design inspired by modern tropical beach homes and classical southern Florida charm, your vacation home is elevated with warm color tones, plentiful art, décor, and abundant house plants that compliment the flourishing tropical plants that surround the house. The home features high ceilings with ambient dimmable lighting throughout. At Cocobolo Lounge, quality and comfort are prioritized- all of the furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, and linens are luxury, hotel quality. Each bedroom is designed for your maximum comfort with thoughtful touches, including, fans, smart TVs, luggage racks, bedside usb plug-ins, and large closets.

Dining Area
The dining room is outfitted with a classical glass dining table, 8 rattan chairs and superior lighting. Loads of natural light pour in from the large window next to the table, with views of the serene and peaceful neighborhood. The table sits on a natural woven jute rug and there is a bamboo rattan bar cart with tiki themed accessories and glasses to mix up some cocktails.

The Kitchen
The brand-new chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking necessities and includes an island countertop, with high rattan seating for 2. There are stainless steel appliances including an impressive double door fridge with an ice maker. Extras include a blender, indoor and outdoor dinnerware, glasses for 8, and all the pots, pans, and utensils you need. There is a filter coffee machine and gorgeous quartz countertops with shaker finished cabinets. Watch the chef at work from the dining room and living room areas. We supply the coffee, sugar, basic oils and spices.

The Bedrooms
Sleep in luxury on the king-sized rich wood platform bed with bamboo and rattan end tables and a modern remote controlled ceiling fan and elegant standing mirror. The impressive windows surround the room and bring in natural light to illuminate the space in the master bedroom. There is plenty of closet space and a smart HD T.V. for streaming your favorite movies and shows.

The 2nd bedroom has a hotel luxury wood-framed king platform bed, dressed in soft luxurious linens and sits on a natural woven jute rug. Pictures of tropical parrots and birds line the walls. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a step in glass encased shower. There is plenty of closet space, a remote controlled ceiling fan, and a smart HD T.V. for streaming. The windows share views of the lovely backyard.

The 3rd bedroom has a king wood- platform bed with superior linens and comfortable mattress. A faux Palm sits in the corner of the room, two woven and twisted rattan end tables are located on each side of the bed and bright oranges and teal pillows and silky soft throw blanket, make it a light-hearted inviting space.

The 4th bedroom has a queen-sized wood-framed platform bed with a tiki themed end table, remote controlled ceiling fan and a smart HD TV with streaming apps. Decorated with a hanging plant, coastal framed print and soft greens.

The Bathrooms
The first bathroom is located by the entrance to the home in between the kitchen, living room and the bedrooms. Enjoy the grey shaker cabinet, quartz top double vanity, large mirror and tub/shower.

The 2nd bathroom is an en-suite bathroom in the 2nd bedroom with a single vanity and a step in encased glass shower.

Living Room
The spacious living room is designed for you to lounge in comfort with a large couch, 2 Mindi wood Indonesian designed rattan lounge chairs with white cushions, a large HD smart TV, and a dedicated workspace situated behind a Tavi rattan room divider. The whole room is surrounded by large impact windows with views of the neighborhood and beautiful backyard and patio.

The Laundry Room
There is a large capacity washer and dryer with all the detergents and cleaning products needed. There are two stacks of beach towels.

The Outdoors
Outside is truly a tropical oasis. Enjoy outdoor dining for 6 and a string of romantic lights above. There is a rattan lounging set for 4 with a fun tiki themed side table and beautiful marble coffee table. The yard is fully fenced and dotted with lovely colorful flowers, perfectly manicured lawn and surrounding plants.

Extras
There are beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler to take to the beach. There is a portable JBL Bluetooth speaker at the house to enjoy inside or outside. Have hours of fun with some board games.

UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTOCOPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.

ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 10PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.

NO EVENTS: This includes any bachelor, bachelorette, birthday, holiday, engagement parties, or any work meetings.

Rates

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
