Located directly on the waterway, this gorgeous house is the perfect space for relaxing and spending time with family and friends indoors and out.

The pool heater was recently added, with a daily pool heat charge of $50/ day should guests wish to use the heater.

All three bedrooms have beautifully appointed king-sized beds. The spacious, updated kitchen features a wine fridge and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. The home is the perfect peaceful environment to relax after a great day at the beach or explore the wonderful sights and activities in South Florida. The surrounding area is absolutely lovely and the home is very central to all that Delray Beach has to offer, including world-class restaurants, nightlife and shopping. You are sure to fall in love with this home!

-No smoking
-Check in is at 4pm - 10pm ONLY.
-Guests must be 25 years old to book
-Upon booking, we require a photocopy of the lead guest drivers license which matches the credit card used to book
-Absolutely no noise after 9 pm outside, we do not allow parties or gatherings of any kind at the house and quiet hours start at 9pm.
-No events includes any bachelor, bachelorette, or engagement parties, or any work meetings.
-We allow only 6 people at the house total, including any who are not staying overnight.

You must also acknowledge:

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $750.
